My name is Taylor Davis, and I’m passionate about helping people discover what they’re capable of through strength training.

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science and my CSCS certification, I combine education, experience, and practical coaching to help clients build strength that lasts.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked with clients of all ages, experience levels, and goals, helping them build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term success. I focus on teaching proper movement, building sustainable habits, and creating clear progression so you always know what you’re working toward and why.

My goal is not only to help you achieve results, but to help you develop the confidence, strength, and mindset that carry over far beyond the gym. In addition to my background in strength training and exercise science, I am also a Master Level Pre & Postnatal Fitness Coach, allowing me to support women safely and effectively through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and every stage of their strength journey.

I believe strength is about more than what you can lift. It’s about building trust in yourself, showing up consistently, and discovering what you’re capable of when you commit to the process.
