I specialize in strength training, body composition, and women’s fitness, creating personalized programs that fit your goals, lifestyle, and experience.
I help my clients build strength, improve their physique, and feel confident through smart, progressive training and sustainable habits. I provide guidance beyond our individual sessions, with structured workouts so you never have to guess what to do next, along with resources to guide you on health, nutrition, and wellness topics. I offer private personal training, small group sessions, and specialized programs including wedding preparation and pregnancy and postpartum fitness.
