I work with busy parents and professionals who want to get strong, move without pain, and make training fit their life instead of competing with it.
Every program is built around your goals, your history, and your real schedule: strength, mobility, and habits that hold up on a Tuesday night, not just in the gym.
I came to coaching the hard way. I was born with a left ankle injury, severed my left patellar tendon in high school, and in my 30s, the police academy gave me a right Achilles strain and a lower back injury. Rebuilding from each one taught me the same lesson, and it's how I coach: listen closely, build a strong foundation, and push at a pace that challenges you while respecting where you're starting from.
Before fitness, I spent more than 15 years in law enforcement and social work. Working with people through demanding circumstances taught me trust, clear communication, and how to see the person behind the goal.
I'm a father of two, so I know how easily your own health can take a back seat to work and family. Most of the people I train are making room for themselves for the first time in years, whether that means keeping up with their kids, getting back to regular exercise, or taking on a new physical challenge.
Outside the gym, I race Spartan and DEKA.
Fall. Rebuild. Rise.
