My name is Kevin Sheridan and I was born and raised in the Newton area.

I have fourteen years of personal training experience which includes group fitness and CrossFit coaching. I also have over twenty years of healthcare (emergency medical services) experience. I know the “body”. I specialize in functional strength and conditioning, mobility and movement, and corrective exercises. My coaching blends technical precision with practical intensity, making complex movements approachable while still challenging clients to grow. Basically, I meet you where you’re at and build from there.

I believe progress comes from consistency, accountability, and doing the work—especially on the days you don’t feel like it. That’s where I started when I was overweight and very unhealthy many years ago.

Whether I’m leading a small group session, helping you reach a deadlift PR, or helping someone feel better moving throughout the day, my goal is simple: help clients get stronger, move better, and develop the kind of discipline that carries over into everyday life.
