Hi my name is Josh born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. I’m a dedicated personal trainer passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, improve athletic performance, and lose body fat in a sustainable way. My training style blends functional strength work, athletic movement, and conditioning to help people not only look better, but move and feel better in everyday life. Whether I’m coaching athletes to develop quicker feet and better body control or guiding clients through structured fat-loss programs, I focus on proper technique, consistency, and mindset. I believe real results come from hard work, accountability, and smart programming tailored to each individual’s goals. My mission is to help every client become stronger, more confident, and capable both inside and outside the gym.
