I am a NASM certified personal trainer who enjoys working with clients of a wide range of ages, conditions and fitness levels.

I have extensive experience with both young and older athletes, beginners to advanced, as well as have worked with clients with a variety of medical conditions including Parkinson's, Knee and Hip replacements and cancer. I coached Track and Cross Country at the collegiate level for over 20 years and did the strength and conditioning for my teams throughout that time before I shifted focus to personal training and coaching individuals. I have been working with athletes for over 30 years and love helping people reach their fitness goals, improve their functional strength and being the best version of themselves. Each person I work with presents differently, and everything we do is individualized to their specific needs.

I was a scholarship athlete at Northeastern and a professional runner for New Balance where I competed at the Olympic Trials numerous times and earned a Bronze Medal at the World Championships in the 1500. While I am no longer running, I continue to coach runners and I am an avid cyclist who also enjoys any outdoor activity. I lead the lifestyle that I help others to focus on, and understand the benefits of being fit, healthy and strong. Take care of your body and it will take care of you, and I can help ensure that you are doing it the best way possible.
