I'm a sports science specialist and my work is built on one idea: training should be personalized.
I specialize in physical performance, injury prevention/rehab, and metabolic conditioning. I build your programs around where your body is currently at and where you want it to be, not what a formula or app estimates it's doing. The sport everyone plays is LIFE, and that’s what I want to prepare you for.
From active professional MMA fighters preparing for competition to people in their 50s picking up a barbell for the first time. Professionals coming back from injury, parents who just want to carry groceries, keep up with their kids, and feel capable in their own body. Different goals, same process.
That's what I mean by training for the sport of life. Most people aren't training for a podium. They're training to be ready for whatever shows up: a hike you didn't plan for, a long day on your feet, another decade of moving well.
Outside the gym, I've spent over a decade in on-camera fitness, with nearly 200 episodes across seven platforms, including two Emmy-nominated shows, including American Ninja Warrior. I've trained more than a million people through that work. It taught me how to coach clearly, meet people where they are, and make hard things feel doable.
No two plans I write look the same because no two people do. If you want a coach who will tell you the truth about where you are and give you a clear path to where you're going, while having a little fun becoming a fitness ninja, let's work!
